The stages of gathering requirements, defining data architecture and integration with corporate systems were carried out in a structured and transparent way, facilitating alignment between the business and technology areas.
A particularly relevant point has been the team's ability to understand the operation's industrial processes, translating these needs into practical solutions within the MOM platform. This skill is fundamental in projects of this nature, as implementation is not limited to technology alone, but also involves the adaptation of processes, data governance and cultural change in operational areas.
