The CEP Chart tool (Electronic Process Statistical Control) allows you to automatically collect data from in-process measurements and using the most diverse statistical rules, X-BAR, CP/CPK, Histograms, to identify possible anomalies or deviations that may be occurring in the process, sending messages, alarms, or even automatically correcting the offset of a CNC control to correct the anomaly.
Visual inspection of products has always been one of the most difficult activities to monitor and ensure its effective completion. The Sequor QMS Visual Inspection module solves this problem: upon arriving at the inspection point, a window automatically opens for the operator, showing the locations to be inspected and what type of problem should be checked.
