During this process, we had the opportunity to work with Sequor, the company responsible for the technical implementation of the solution.
Since the beginning of the project, the work of the Sequor team has stood out for its methodological organization, technical knowledge and commitment to results. The stages of gathering requirements, defining data architecture and integration with corporate systems were carried out in a structured and transparent way, facilitating alignment between the business and technology areas.
A particularly relevant point has been the team's ability to understand the operation's industrial processes, translating these needs into practical solutions within the MOM platform. This skill is fundamental in projects of this nature, as implementation is not limited to technology alone, but also involves the adaptation of processes, data governance and cultural change in operational areas.
Another positive aspect observed was the collaborative stance of the consultancy team, always open to technical dialogue, solution reviews and continuous improvement of deliveries. This approach contributed to creating an environment of trust between client and consultancy, favoring the agile resolution of challenges typical of industrial digital transformation projects.
Throughout the implementation, it was also possible to notice Sequor's concern with transferring knowledge to the internal team, allowing the company's professionals to develop autonomy in the use and evolution of the solution after the project is completed.
As project manager on the client's side, I consider that the experience has been positive and constructive, mainly due to the combination of technical competence, methodological organization and professional attitude demonstrated by the Sequor team.
Projects for implementing industrial systems such as MOM are naturally complex and require strong integration between people, processes and technology. In this context, having a partner who understands this dynamic and acts in a structured way makes a significant difference to the success of the initiative.
